1. Business plan. Take a look at long life business that still can sustain untill now.

2. People who plan to make a true business always thinking when he/she plant a seed today, they do not expect to get the fruits tomorrow.

They have the skills with good recipe to roast chicken. And of course the sales are 'boom' in that particular month but yet after the ramadhan months ends their business also end.

6. But a good 'ayam golek' hawker with a good business plan make things differently. The hawker give to their customer a luxorious beautiful name card or even the 'ayam golek' put in a customize plastic bag with complete contact number and email as well as blog address. Of course they have to invest RM100, but in the future they will get back RM100+RM1000 profit as an example. They have to invest to make plastic bags,name card and buy a domain for their blog. Update blog regularly. Blog can help continuous marketing. The hawker can keep in touch with his/her customer using his blog. This is the way to capture and to retain existing customer to come again to his/her stall.

7. After ramadhan month ends, a good hawker will use say 80% of their profit to invest to open a small restaurant with specialist in 'ayam golek'.  publish in the blog and he/she can call somebody that got a name to launch the restaurant like Chef Wan, Linda Onn, or even local artist. This is to attract new potential customer as well as to retain existing customer to come to the shops.

8. Now, with a good business plan,  the hawker become a restaurant owner that can gain profit every month. This is how business should growth. Unlike, hawker with no business plan, who got a 'boom' profit in a month and then full stop, that's it.

9. A well being business plan very hard to collapse in a day. Instants business growth have a risk to collapse very fast.

10. Air Asia starts with only 2 aeroplane and now I dont have to tell you how many planes they have. Even during oil crisis in 2008 they still can sustain the business and bought more and more planes.
